Loren Schouest is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate(A229), supervised by Luciana Silva, PhD, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and employed by Cerebral. She graduated in 2017 with her Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Alabama. Loren has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She has a specific passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, including those in polyamorous relationships. Loren is a collaborative therapist who believes that clients are the expert of their story and are in need of some tools to overcome life’s struggles. She is passionate about making therapy a welcoming and accessible place for all. In her free time, Loren enjoys cuddling with her corgi, Archie, and traveling to new places.
