Lindsay Syeh is a Registered Clinical Mental Health Intern who is professionally trained in compassion fatigue, as a Telemental Health provider and is currently training as a yoga instructor. Some of the frameworks that guide her practice include Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Adlerian, and Narrative. She also incorporates evidence-based and creative techniques alongside talk therapy according to your interests and therapeutic goals. Lindsay has treated clients with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma, various life stressors, grief and loss. Clients describer her style as warm, empathetic, gentle, authentic and supportive. Her role as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming environment to help clients realize that they are capable and worthy of healing.
