Leslie received her master of social work (MSW) degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and also has a PhD with a focus on education from the Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her practice, she draws upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed treatment. Leslie strives to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported in their efforts to grow and change, and she is passionate about improving access to mental health treatment for all who are seeking help.
