Leo Altidor is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. He received his Master of Science in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He has experience with various counseling modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. He also has experience with Anxiety/Stress Management, Depression, Anger Management, Executive Functioning Training, and Trauma-Informed Care. Leo works to establish therapy as a safe space for clients to work through stigma, better understand their resources and barriers, and successfully reach a state of thriving wellness. Leo is deeply committed to improving the standard of and ease of access to mental health and co-occurring care, as well as decreasing social stigma related to accessing mental health care. In his free time, Leo enjoys listening to music, sketching, playing video games, and running.
