Lauren received her Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College in New York City, serving marginalized and immigrant individuals and communities. Lauren is passionate about helping clients transform painful experiences into a source of empowerment and strength. She has skillfully helped clients from different walks of life who are facing challenges related to identity, depression, anxiety, multigenerational family dynamics & trauma, relationship struggles, ADHD, and self-esteem using an array of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client. Lauren loves to explore the outdoors, hiking and biking, dancing, cooking, reading, often in tow with her furry four-legged companions: Oscar and Max.
