ABOUT LaToya Ashley

LaToya Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (TX 86932) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, under the supervision of Natasha Young. LaToya’s experience and education has focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Postpartum Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and many others. LaToya is here to walk clients through the various stages of life using intervention strategies therapeutic skills, and emotional support to help clients be the best version of themselves. LaToya is a passionate therapist who places the needs of the client first by actively listening, being culturally sensitive, and valuing the client’s concerns. Not only is LaToya a wife, mother, and student, but she also volunteers with non-profit organizations in the areas of children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with an eagerness to help others help themselves.
