progress towards a healthier and improved life. Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband, seven children (12 to 32 years), 2 dogs (Golden Retriever and Mini Australian Shepherd), and 3 very adorable guinea pigs! One of her favorite things is to go hiking and watching her kids play sports and other activities.
If you are lonely, please know you can find comfort. If you are discouraged, please know you can find hope. If you are poor in spirit, please know you can be strengthened. If you feel you are broken, please know you can be mended. ― Jeffrey R. Holland
