Kristin Sheehan is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007. She proudly has over 14 years of experience helping individuals through life transitions, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, disordered eating and body image issues, and other complexities of the human condition. Kristin believes in treating a person's whole being - mind, body, heart, and spirit, and does this by weaving somatic and mindfulness practices into her clinical work. She will embody empathy and deep respect to foster a therapeutic partnership based on trust and safety. In her free time, you can find Kristin driving the California coast with some good music, hiking the redwoods, cooking and baking in her kitchen, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kristin receives supervision from Kim Olson, LMFT.
