Kimberly Wilson graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, has earned a doctorate degree in Medicine from Southwest College of Medicine, and completed a post-doctorate in Clinical Research at Harvard Medical School. Kimberly is a licensed chemical dependency counselor and licensed professional counselor. Kimberly has experience working with individuals and families affected by anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and addiction in hospital-based mental health care as well as private practice, producing positive outcomes with those impacted by childhood trauma, addiction, chronic illnesses, insomnia, and perinatal anxiety and depression. Her counseling approach is holistic, integrative, and client-centered. She is passionate about helping others learn about the impact of sleep and nutrition on mental wellness and physical health. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys learning, gardening, taking her dogs for walks, and cherishes time spent with her children assembling puzzles and playing tetherball.
