Kim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She has helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions (to name a few). Kim utilizes a strength-based collaborative approach with clients and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral, Existential/Humanistic, Family Systems, and Mindfulness. She is trained in Evidenced Based Practices, FFT, Seeking Safety, and TFCBT as well. She approaches the therapeutic relationship with a gentle and non-judgmental approach. Clients in her care can expect to feel listened to, respected, supported, and encouraged by her to stretch into the areas of their lives that they want to change. Kim is passionate about therapy being accessible, impactful, and truly helpful for people from all walks of life. In her free time, Kim enjoys scrolling through used bookstores, hiking, cycling, and listening to music.
