Juliana "Julie” Forrest-Lytle, Ph.D., RMHCI has been committed to honing and enhancing her skills as a clinician and educator for the last 12 years. As a scholar and practitioner, her goals have remained clear: to de-stigmatize mental health, increase the accessibility of mental health services, and be an advocate for those who are unable to or unclear on how to advocate for themselves. Julie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Central Florida. She followed this with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida as well as a published author and co-author.
