ABOUT Joann Crants

Joann Crants is a mental health therapist currently holding an LPC and LSW in the state of Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience working in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, career challenges, substance abuse issues, and grief and loss. She also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Her therapy style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and she doesn't believe in stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. She will tailor your dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. She believes that it takes courage to seek help and then take the first tentative steps towards change.
