Vesper Jingxuan Yang is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Vesper specializes in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her therapy style draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Somatic Experience, and Psychodynamic frameworks. Vesper takes a trauma-informed and holistic approach through a systematic lens, and approaches this work holistically with warmth, empathy, and ever developing curiosity. She also integrates creative expression with talk-based therapies to meet the needs of each client and help them achieve their most authentic and expansive self. In her free times, she enjoys LEGO building, reading, postcrossing, and bullet journaling.
