Jill Epstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Masters Degree at the University of Maryland School of Social Work. For over ten years she has worked in the therapeutic foster care system with children and families; and she has worked with adults in an outpatient mental health clinic. She is knowledgeable and experienced working with many evidence-based and trauma-focused practices and draws from each providing a more holistic approach. Being a strong proponent of therapy for all and the benefits of expressing feelings and thoughts, she enjoys helping others feel heard, understood, and safe in these expressions. When not working, Jill can be found crocheting, documenting genealogy records, and jigsaw puzzling. Jill is a mom with two children and two step-children.
