Jessica Kopp is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jessica has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic therapy. Jessica has special interests in relationship and family issues, helping clients to understand how our early life experiences shape our relationships today. She believes that by examining our true selves and our typical patterns, we can identify and modify maladaptive behaviors that may serve as roadblocks to our own happiness and quality of life. Jessica is passionate about ending the stigma regarding mental health, and increasing access to quality care for all. In her free time Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking, as well as practicing yoga.
