Jess Cashman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. As a therapist, Jess utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Modalities to help individuals feel better faster. She is also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and Sex Therapist and will often utilize her expertise in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma. Jess has a background in working in nuanced and innovative settings with the goal of increasing awareness for mental health access and treatments. When not immersed in psychology Jess enjoys cooking, hosting friends, and can always be found with a good book.
