Jemma has extensive experience working with extreme trauma, grief, sexuality, gender, eating disorders, emotional and physical abuse and complex mental health concerns as well as anxiety and depression. Jemma works using various therapeutic models taking only in to account your needs, ensuring each session is focused on you, with acceptance and non-judgement. In our sessions together you will be met with empathy and understanding. She has worked with clients from all walks of life, cultures and religions. Jemma understands that reaching out for support can be a hard step therefore, she always ensure you feel safe and supported during our time together.
