ABOUT Jemma Wilkinson

During these most unusual times you may have found that you have more time to contemplate challenging times that have occurred or are currently occurring in your life. These may be questions from childhood, trauma based, gender or sexuality questioning, anxiety or a range of things in-between. or you may feel that you are unable to cope with life and the day-to-day is simply overwhelming. Sometimes, when those hard times flow into our every day life it may feel that you are unable to be happy, or think clearly or feel able to cope. In the safety of your own home (or a space that you feel safe) we can explore this together. Jemma has extensive experience working with extreme trauma, grief, sexuality, gender, eating disorders, emotional and physical abuse and complex mental health concerns as well as anxiety and depression. Jemma works using various therapeutic models taking only in to account your needs, ensuring each session is focused on you, with acceptance and non-judgement. In our sessions together you will be met with empathy and understanding. She has worked with clients from all walks of life, cultures and religions. Jemma understands that reaching out for support can be a hard step therefore, she always ensure you feel safe and supported during our time together.
