ABOUT Jason Levin

Jason D. Levin is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and a National Certified Counselor. He is supervised by Aisha Holman, M.A., LPC-S, MAT. He received his Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from the University of North Texas with concentrations in Disabilities, Substance Use & Addictions, as well as Affirmative Therapy. Jason's approach to therapy is eclectic. He is able to utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice/Reality Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Somatic Symptom Management, and Guided Relaxation. He believes individuals are fundamentally holistic, rational, and inclined to reach their highest potential for wellbeing. Additionally, Jason's belief is that all individuals have within themselves the capacity for growth through improved self-awareness through their environment, and an ability to accept unavoidable truths. He is extremely passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and enhancing access to mental health care for all. In his free time, Jason takes pleasure in traveling with his family, environmental photography, and providing therapeutic muscle manipulation to athletes that suffer from chronic physical discomfort.
