Janet Campos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Los Angeles with a graduate degree from USC, School of Social Work. She has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Janet believes in tapping into peoples’ own abilities and talents to find healing and in exploring the role that systems and institutions play in the overall health of individuals. She is passionate about peoples’ right to health care, including mental health care, after all, the brain is part of the body, too. In her free time, Janet enjoys reading books about dystopian societies and restoring soil.
