Jana Downum, Ph.D., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Wellness Coach in Texas earning her undergraduate and master’s degrees in psychology from Texas Tech. She received her Ph.D. from the College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences at Saybrook University in California. She is a Mind-Body Medicine practitioner and Biofeedback Fellow. For the last 20 years, Dr. Jana has counseled patients and recently is helping clients remotely. She has experience assisting patients in managing their anxiety, mood, and stress. Additionally, by creating and making life goals, Dr. Jana can help you navigate your mood by taking charge of those things you can manage. She enjoys travel, photography, and meditation.
