Jami believes that the best approach to therapy, is to treat the individual holistically. Taking into account all of an individuals concerns and issues. Jami works with her clients to develop a treatment plan, aimed at creating emotional stability and achieving a sense of well being through Psychotherapy, CBT, Person Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Jami specializes in treating anxiety and depression. In her free time, Jami enjoys kayaking and spending time in nature.
