Isabella Patterson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate in the state of North Carolina. She graduated with her undergraduate and Master’s degree from North Carolina State University.
Isabella has spent the last few years working with victims of trauma, individuals with familial conflicts, and individuals with depression and/or anxiety by providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults. She also has experience facilitating mindfulness and depression support groups. Her primary intervention techniques involve cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, psycho-education, and reframing. Isabella's aim is to give her clients new ways to express themselves while guiding them through coping with the past by developing resiliency and promoting healing for the future. Outside of work, Isabella is a lover of the outdoors, fitness, and animals with a special place in her heart for her kitty, JoJo.
