Hannah Aase holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Eagan, Minnesota. She has seven years of experience working in the mental health field. Those years of experience have included various settings including outpatient facilities, clinics, school-based, in-home, and residential. Hannah has experience in Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has helped clients in the past utilize various skills such as mindfulness, re-framing, positive self-talk, and goal-setting. Hannah strongly believes in building a trusting relationship with clients that will help lead them to live a happier life and reach their goals. She is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and is an advocate for making mental health care accessible for everyone. In her free time, Hannah enjoys reading, yoga, swimming, board/card games, and is a medical/crime show fanatic!
