Greg Osberg is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate in Seattle, Washington. After completing his Bachelor of Social Work at a local school in Seattle University, he went on to complete his Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan. Greg has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care. Greg believes in client-centered care because clients know the most about their own experiences. He is passionate about access to quality mental health care for all and believes we can all have a role in normalizing discussions around mental health. In his free time, Greg enjoys hiking, baking, board games, true crime, TV, and spending time with his cat and dog, Watson and Teddy.
