Supervised by Michelle Turk, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 110187. Elysse recognizes the courage it takes to reach out. Elysse creates an environment of empaty, compassion, and a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate and process. Elysse approaches clients holistically, and believes you cannot truly understand what someone needs without a comprehensive picture of where they came from. She operates through a trauma-informed lens and uses a client-centered approach. Elysse believes clients know themselves and what they need better than anyone else, but wants to come alongside clients to support them during the journey of self-discovery, restoration, and finding meaning. Her experience working with survivors of complex trauma has greatly informed her practice, and she deeply believes in every person’s ability to heal.
