Elizabeth Wilson is passionate about helping others put their best foot forward. She has been working for the State Department of Human Services since 2010, and has extensive experience working with children and families. She also has experience working with adults in community mental health, and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She has a Master's Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in children, youth, and families; as well as in general mental health.
Elizabeth has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Trust-Based Relationship Intervention, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Family Therapy, Mental Health First Aid, LGBTQIA-specific methods, and many others.
Elizabeth is dedicated to helping others improve their lives and increasing access to mental health treatment for all in need.
In Elizabeth's free time, she is an avid outdoors-woman. She loves being active in nature and playing games/sports.
