Elizabeth has training in addiction and trauma. She believes given a safe environment and a genuine positive regard, clients are empowered to explore answers and find relief. She is passionate about providing easily accessed mental health care so clients can improve their outlook on life even while trudging through desperate times. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, hiking, and watching whatever will grow, bloom in the garden.
