Crystal Harrel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon. She brings five years of clinical knowledge. Throughout her experience she has worked in Community Mental Health serving a variety of populations and mental health diagnoses. She has worked with adolescents, teens, adults and older adults. Modalities she utilizes in therapy include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Crystal also has experience working with individuals who have been diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with husband and children as well as extended family, working on her farm, camping, fishing, and reading.
