Cristine Ruiz is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT #117956. Employed by Cerebral. Supervised by Cecilia Pla, LMFT, #91209. Cristine received her Master in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, and a Bachelors in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Cristine has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Complex-Trauma, Self-Esteem, Mindfulness, Yoga, and more. She believes in building collaborative relationships that support individuals towards self-love, self-actualization, and growth. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and supporting healthy habits and daily routines. In her free time, Cristine enjoys yoga, reading, hiking, and playing with her little dog Thomas and cat Luna.
