Cindy Florido is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her master’s degree in Counseling and Forensic Psychology from Holy Names University in Oakland, CA. Cindy has experience in Trauma Informed Care, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and experience servicing the Latino/Latinx community. She believes in working collaboratively, without judgement, to develop a trusting relationship.
Cindy is passionate about breaking cultural barriers and promoting healing in the therapeutic space in order to live an emotionally healthier life. In her free time, Cindy loves spending time with her family, exploring places with her son and dog, quiet time, and weightlifting.
