Chris Denzler is Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. Chris graduated with a Master's degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2013. Since that time, Chris has worked with children, teens, adults, couples, individuals and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation. Chris has worked with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, anger, domestic violence, addiction, parent-child relationships, communication problems, grief and loss, personality disorders, et cetera. Chris is also a Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youths Counselor (CSAYC) since 2017, working with youths, and their families, to address issue with sexually maladaptive behaviors and ensuring safety in the home, community, and school. Chris uses an eclectic, strengths based, trauma informed approach to therapy. He has experience using Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, other Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy, as well as Art and Play Therapy.
