ABOUT Christina Lipscomb

Christina Lipscomb is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. She received her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees from West Virginia University. Christina has experience with mind-body approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), family-of-origin and attachment issues, mindfulness practice, and has had extensive experience and training in the treatment of trauma and PTSD. She takes an integrated approach to therapy that values the unique qualities of each individual as integral to tailoring treatment that provides whole-person healing and growth. She is passionate about helping others find their strength, confidence, and empowerment and realize that they are not broken. In her free time, Christina enjoys creating art, reading, caring for her dogs and chickens, and spending time near the ocean.
