Carrie Cox is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT 121086 and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, APCC 8065. Employed by Cerebral. Supervised by John Raasch LCS 16254. Carrie received her Master’s in Psychology from Brandman University. Carrie believes in meeting the person where they are and allowing a safe space for them to process their emotions and be their authentic self without guilt. Carrie has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family conflict, life transitions, and addiction. Carrie utilizes an eclectic approach that allows her to draw from a variety of evidenced-based practices like CBT and utilize various techniques to develop a customized treatment plan. She has a passion for helping people become their best self and for normalizing mental health treatment. Carrie is a mother of two and in her down time enjoys camping, concerts, cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends and watching Gilmore Girls.
