Caroline Bonilla is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin, focused on promoting person-centered care. She completed her graduate studies from UW Platteville earning a Master’s Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in psychotherapy. Caroline draws on the foundation that success in therapy is built upon creating a trusting relationship to develop therapeutic goals. She utilizes techniques from multiple treatment modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, acceptance & commitment, and person-centered therapy. Her purpose is to help others by empowering them to make the best healthy life choices for themselves.
