ABOUT Carly Caulfield

Carly Caulfield is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Florida and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College. She is experienced in using Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques and a Client-Centered Approach to empower clients to develop individualized skills for navigating life. As a wife, mother, and professional, she understands the value of discovering one's roles with balance and boundaries. She has special interests in anxiety, women's issues, parenting, spirituality, and family issues. She is passionate about removing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment and improving treatment accessibility. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and spending time outdoors.
