Bryttany Cunningham is an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. She has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation, and Adlerian Therapy. Bryttany is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health treatment and helping individuals realize there is recovery from suffering. Bryttany also understands the impact trauma has on the mind, body, and sprit she approaches individual treatment with a holistic approach. In her free time, Bryttany enjoys going to the beach and listening to podcasts. She also enjoys going on adventures and traveling with her cattle dog, Echo.
