Bryan Mestman is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California. He received his Master of Science in Counseling from Prescott College with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. Bryan has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), grief and bereavement counseling, substance use disorders, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Existential-Humanistic therapy, and spiritual-based approaches to mental health. He strongly believes that building a trusting relationship can lead to the empowerment and growth of the client. Bryan is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving accessibility to high-quality mental health care. In his free time, Bryan enjoys hiking, yoga/meditation, reading, playing music, and petting dogs.
