Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing therapies. Your time together will be based on your specific needs and goals and she will tailor our conversations to that. It takes such courage to reach out for support. Brittany is here to walk with you on your journey and help you identify and take the first steps towards change and growth. Therapy can be such a powerful thing, and having a foundation where you feel heard and can trust in the relationship is a priority for her. She looks forward to working with you!
