Brittany Berry is an associate-level therapist. She received her Master of Science in Counseling Education, specializing in clinical mental health. Brittany has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Client-Centered Therapy. She views counseling as an essential tool in assisting the client with movement from crisis to stability.
Developing the relationship and building trust is also a process and a necessary component of the stabilization process. Once stable, she works with clients to develop coping skills and work through their situations. Brittany is passionate about ending the stigma attached to mental health, “It is okay not to be okay.” Brittany enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her pets in her free time.
