Bridgette Leyva is a Licensed Master Social Worker who received her MSW degree at The University of Texas at El Paso. Bridgette has experience working with adolescents, adults, military members, and individuals struggling with substance use disorders. She specializes in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivation Interviewing, Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Care. Bridgette believes that every client she meets is like a blank canvas, a clean slate and they can create their own masterpiece. In her spare time, she loves to travel to create new memories, experience different cultures, spend time with her family, exercise and enjoys serving as a United States Navy Reservist. Empowering clients to achieve growth for their own mental health and wellbeing is a passion she holds true to her heart.
