Barbara Good-Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and also holds a Masters in Business Administration. Barbara has experience working with individuals and families of trauma. Her approach is one of non-judgment, compassion and active listening. Barbara often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Motivational Interviewing therapeutic modalities. Barbara believes everyone has the right to be happy in life on their terms, and defines her mission as: “to inspire”.
