Barb Tury is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. She has extensive experience with parent and child/adolescent issues, those impacted by trauma and abuse, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Young Adult Transitions in Life, and LGBTQIA teens and young adults. Barb draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Positive Psychology as well as incorporating creative arts therapies into treatment. She is passionate about providing a counseling environment that encourages respect, safety, trust, and honesty while tailoring each session individually to client needs. Barb is enthusiastic about helping others heal so they can become their best selves and have a sense of happiness and fulfillment in their life.
