Autumn received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University. She is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, mindfulness, grief and loss counseling, and boundaries work. She has experience working with clients on a variety of concerns ranging from family dynamics, attachment and relationships, depression and anxiety, and self-esteem building. She believes in empowering clients through a person-centered approach while incorporating aspects of art, journaling, and relaxation techniques to promote growth, self-expression, and self-advocacy. She is passionate about challenging mental health stigma while advocating for accessible and affordable mental health services. In her free time, Autumn enjoys reading, painting, spending time with her siblings, and visiting new tea shops.
