Ashley Moss is a licensed associate’s professional counselor (LAPC) who will be fully licensed in May 2021. She is a graduate from Troy University, with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ashley is an eclectic clinician experienced in many modalities, such as: SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person Centered. Ashley is driven by the desire to help individuals struggling with mental health to achieve psychological stability and to reach a level of acceptance, where they view mental illness not as a scarlet letter, but as a microscopic element of who they truly are as a whole. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, watching a movie with her dog (Swag), cooking, and traveling.
