Asha Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, LPC Associate #85105, supervised by M. Camille Williams, LPC-S #71492. She received her Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Asha has experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a focus on inner child awareness and healing. She believes in making therapy safe for clients to grow from unmet needs, insecurities, abandonment/rejection issues, and shame stemming from childhood trauma. Asha is a strong advocate for leveling the mental healthcare playing field and making it accessible to all. When she is not counseling, Asha can be found practicing yoga, listening to podcasts, and traveling.
