ABOUT Ariana (Ari) Hernandez

Ari Hernandez is a California Therapist Associate (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, license #122226) supervised by Natalie Sperling, LCSW. Ari works with Cerebral. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ari has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. She believes in working collaboratively with the client, while using a strengths-based approach that builds on empowerment, in order to help the client create preferred narratives to their stories. She is passionate about social justice issues, client advocacy, and finding ways to improve access to mental healthcare services for all. In her free time, Ari enjoys traveling, reading, doing yoga, and playing with her dog.
