Amy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that views therapy in a systemic manner. That means we work together to process through what got you here so that you can learn to cope appropriately and move foreword safely whatever that looks like for you. Amy is interested in relationships and believes they are the driving force for success in therapy. Regardless if the relationship is with yourself, family, friends, pets, or partners, relationships provide a foundation for how people handle situations and similar to a house if your foundation is unstable, it causes issues in other areas as well.
