Approach to Therapy

I want to be a step toward healing for my clients. My approach is interactive, warm, and involves self reflection. My task is to give my clients the quickest relief possible by providing immediate feedback, initiating tasks to focus on between sessions, and tools to learn coping skills. Nothing gives me more joy than helping my clients feel better about themselves!

Experience

I am a seasoned therapist with over 15 years experience with diverse populations, cultures, and age groups. I help people make peace with their thoughts and experience inner healing through counseling, spirituality, and self reflection. I build a solid relationship with my clients through open communication, counseling and help them learn solutions to their problems. My clients find that my therapeutic interventions and techniques helps them tap into their inner wisdom and my meditational practices help them heal their wounds. My resume is colored with a wide variety of therapeutic roles, working with diverse populations, and working with a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
