Adrianna Crouch holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. As both a former client and current practitioner in the mental health field, she understands how difficult it can be to move forward when you feel stuck or lost in a sea of depression or anxiety. Adrianna utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to help her clients identify what is important to them, how to accomplish their goals, and encourage overall wellness. She believes that everyone should have access to competent mental health services to navigate life. When she is not promoting better mental health for her clients, Adrianna enjoys going to the gym, hiking, cooking for friends and family, reading mystery novels, and spending time with her dog.
