Ugo Amalaha is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her career working at Grady Hospital Emergency in Atlanta, Georgia as a Registered Nurse. She also worked at the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing and continued her post-graduate education at Regis College, receiving a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health. Her experience working with patients during the pandemic pushed her passion to provide quality care when and where patients need it the most. In her free time, Ugo enjoys her Zumba and yoga classes, traveling, and spending time with her pup Naira.
